Job Summary

The Hospital for Special Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • Successful completion of an accredited school of nursing program
  • Demonstrated competence in the clinical setting
  • Valid driver's license (NBU only)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid/Current CPR Certification
  • Bachelor degree in Nursing
