Relationship Business Manager

The Relationship Business Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the North America region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing quarterly business plans, optimizing business plans and large relationship deals for profit, and working closely with demand planning and product management teams to ensure hitting market share IDC objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Optimize business plans and large relationship deals for profit
- Work closely with demand planning and product management teams to ensure hitting market share IDC objectives
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for targeted deals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years of experience in sales or sales management in the North America region
- Strong expertise in x86 Server and related ecosystem
- Solid understanding of server software products (OS, Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of self-motivation and drive
