At Abbotts Creek Center in Lexington, NC, we are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality nursing care. As a key member of our team, you will lead and guide the clinical operations of our nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing our care delivery model and processes, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff, and participating in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and mentorship. • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and mentorship

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
• Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification and RN license
