You will collaborate closely with QA and Devs on the team to identify defects in new features and help bring them to resolution. Your strong foundation in automation development, software testing principles, and experience testing enterprise web applications will be invaluable in this role.

We're looking for a charismatic personality who can easily gather support from peers and has a solid understanding of modern software engineering, including web technologies, continuous integration, cloud computing, and automation development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops automation alongside other SDET engineers on the team to ensure high quality and overall test coverage for our application
  • Promotes a cohesive engineering culture focused on striving for increased quality and team efficiency
  • Functional testing of our content delivery application and platform
  • Monitors key metrics to measure application quality and performance

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Software Development Engineer in Test
  • Extensive experience in debugging enterprise web applications
  • Strong grasp of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms
  • Solid understanding of QA testing fundamental principles
  • Hands on experience developing automation code using Java, Selenium Webdriver, and Cucumber
  • Charismatic personality who can easily gather support of peers
  • Good understanding of modern software engineering including web technologies, continuous integration, cloud computing, and automation development
