We are a 252 bed long term skilled care nursing facility providing care to the Veterans of our community.

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is $73,000 - $85,000 per year, reflecting the contractual salary range at step 4 and a geographic pay differential of $13,000 and downstate adjustment of $3,400 for New York City, Westchester, and Suffolk counties.

Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you would be involved in the treatment of residents under the supervision of an RN. You would administer certain medications; observe residents and report changes in their condition; take and record temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure; and obtain specimens for analysis.

Required Qualifications
