Key Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Manager, you will:

  • Actively engage in unit and hospital performance improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver patient care and departmental services efficiently and safely, adhering to quality standards.
  • Foster positive relationships and maintain professional conduct to enhance service delivery.
  • Enhance your skills through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and participation in educational programs.
  • Complete mandatory training on infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement.

Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will possess an MSN or a Master's Degree in a related field, along with a minimum of two years in a nursing management role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
