Your capacity for active listening will enable you to uncover the underlying needs of each client, allowing you to address their inquiries efficiently. Much of your work will be conducted on a computer, so proficiency in technology is essential.

Compensation includes various bonuses and commissions, allowing you to influence your earnings based on your dedication and performance. If you possess a genuine passion for helping and safeguarding individuals, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify client needs and expectations to assist them in selecting suitable products and solutions.
  • Educate potential clients on coverage options and establish new insurance policies.
  • Review client accounts and determine necessary follow-up actions.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to current clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with actions taken.
  • Conduct risk assessments and field underwriting.
  • Adhere to company and agency policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass the Property & Casualty and Life/Health License examinations.
