As a Techincal Account Manager, you'll be the voice of our company, embodying our values and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work directly with the Sales Team onboarding new clients, train them, assist existing clients with questions, and respond to customer inquiries within our SLA timescales. A strong writer and communicator with experience in a SaaS environment, you'll be comfortable learning our software solutions and assisting customers with technical troubleshooting. Your enthusiasm for helping customers and ability to retain ownership of issues until resolved will make you a valuable asset to our team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40-65,000 annually, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, and flexible scheduling. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
