Duties and Responsibilities: As a Motorcoach Driver at DATTCO, you will be responsible for transporting customers safely and efficiently. Your duties will include negotiating various routes through varied terrain and geographic areas, interacting with clients and customers in a courteous and professional manner, and providing feedback to Operations to improve service response.

Requirements:
• CDL (Class A or B) with P endorsement and one of the following: F, S, A, or V.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position that requires working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. You will be required to spend extended periods driving and may be exposed to varying weather conditions and road terrain.

Compensation: We offer an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus full-time benefits including medical & dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k with company match, life insurance, flexible spending account and more.
