We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus a bonus plan that rewards top performers. Our hybrid work environment allows you to split your time between the office and field, making it easy to balance work and personal life. Enjoy 3 weeks (15 days) paid vacation in your first 12 months, plus additional care days, and take advantage of our wellness spending account and ergonomic reimbursement program to equip your home office.
