THE ROLE:
The Food Runner & Bus Person plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver food to guests efficiently.
This position is responsible for the timely and coordinated movement of dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that all meals are presented beautifully and meet guest specifications.
Maintaining high presentation standards and accommodating guest requests are essential aspects of this role.

THE OFFER:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is necessary.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette is required.
- Ability to learn and utilize the telephone and POS systems used at the hotel.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Experience in a hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
