Concierge Associate

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and potential new team members. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to provide exceptional service and support.

• Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
• Direct all calls and inquiries to the appropriate associate.
• Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community.
• Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
• Lend your talents to the Business Office Manager with ordering supplies, filing, and inputting data.
