HDDC Concierge

The Home Depot Design Center is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HDDC Concierge to provide exceptional service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting and educating clients about The Home Depot Design Center, conducting the design qualification process, scheduling appointments, and handling basic inquiries.

• Provide world-class customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Assist walk-in clients through the qualification process, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Schedule client appointments with designers, prioritizing client scheduling conflicts and dealing with high-priority requests first.
• Answer phone calls from clients, vendors, and stores, routing calls to the appropriate party and providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Provide visitors with assistance in locating people, departments, and directions within the Home Depot Design Center.
• Prepare and provide customers with quality beverages, such as coffee and water.

• Update calendars and schedules meetings for associates.
• Coordinate culinary activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials, such as pens, forms, and brochures.
