Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the nuclear medicine modality
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assigned personnel
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and equipment advancements
  • Maintain accreditation standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment and other devices as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
  • Minimum experience requirements meet the highest level of Nuclear Medicine Technologist at the assigned entity
  • Registered nuclear technologist with either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (Nuclear) ARRT (N) or the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB-CNMT)
  • BLS Certified
  • Thorough knowledge of radiation safety guidelines and radiopharmaceuticals
  • Evidence of leadership, critical problem-solving skills, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in leadership of personnel

  • Possesses a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
