About the Role

We seek an experienced professional with deep expertise in data architecture framework, including security, reference data, metadata, usability, and stability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and clinical data management, data and application lifecycle management, data operation, and the specific data requirements of drug discovery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing AI-ready data products that support advanced analytics and external partnerships. This role requires architecting, implementing, and maintaining data solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and compliance. Additionally, the individual will improve system performance and data quality, with an emphasis on scalability for AI and ML applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design standardized data models and data frameworks used by R&D functions.
  • Facilitate data governance discussions and define data standards with multi-functional teams and data products owners.
  • Evaluate emerging data technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computational, engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of information management technical leadership experience in high-tech, life sciences, or AI/ML-focused industries.
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering cloud data solutions and in scaling large data workflows across distributed environments.

The estimated salary for this position is around $125,000-$170,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
