Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned People Data Architect to spearhead the development of our people analytics program. This role requires expertise in building interactive dashboards, automated reporting, and visualizations to track key HR and workforce metrics for department leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive dashboards, automated reporting, and visualizations to track key HR and workforce metrics for department leaders.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR, talent, and workforce data to uncover insights and trends related to headcount, diversity & inclusion, employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement, retention, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis, making recommendations to optimize talent acquisition, development, retention, employee experience, and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition or HR focused on reporting, analytics or data.
  • Expert skills in data tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
  • Proficiency extracting and manipulating large, complex datasets.

Estimated Salary: $220k - $275k per year
