Your Contributions
- Utilize advanced civil engineering methodologies to enhance a range of infrastructure initiatives.
- Provide expert engineering services focused on water and wastewater systems.
- Support clients throughout project bidding, construction management, and oversight processes.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and resource distribution.
- Lead project teams to ensure the timely delivery of superior quality outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster their professional development.
- Deliver tailored services to clients across various sectors.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Implement Health and Safety Plans effectively on project sites.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on enhancement projects.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in civil engineering practices.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering.
- Possession of a New Mexico Engineer license.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in the design and management of infrastructure projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members.
- Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience working with small or rural communities is advantageous.
