We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Bojangles. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the QSR industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
