Virtual Member Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Virtual Member Service Associate to join our team at Gesa Credit Union. As a Virtual Member Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service via our Interactive Teller Machines, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional member service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize your knowledge of financial literacy to educate and guide members in making informed financial decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on all credit union products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to members.
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and refer members to other team members as needed.
- Meet or exceed established service levels, job performance, referral, and organizational goals.
- Ensure Interactive Teller Machines are always working properly and perform transactions and service requests on member accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
We are looking for a professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is able to make sound decisions, ask open-ended and clarifying questions, and display professional interpersonal skills to relate effectively with members, the public, colleagues, and all levels of leadership.
Qualifications- High School Degree (or equivalent) required.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Some cash handling experience preferred.
- Demonstrate and support credit union values and service standards.
- Attend and engage in community events on behalf of the credit union.
- Maintain confidentiality, control risk, and manage operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and ethics.
- Report for work on time and maintain a schedule of regular attendance.
- Some travel may be required.
