Anders Group, LLC is a Joint Commission accredited travel nursing agency that specializes in placing healthcare professionals into 13-week contract assignments. Our team of experienced recruiters takes the time to understand each candidate's unique needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless match between clinician and client.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional patient care in long-term care settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and health promotion strategies

Requirements:

- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in long-term care or gerontological nursing
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain required certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
