Job SummaryThis is a nursing role that involves providing direct patient care and administering medications. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
We offer a competitive salary with an estimated $68,400 - $76,800 per year based on a 40-hour workweek, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. We also provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Duties and Responsibilities- Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
- Helping residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene
- Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
- A valid NY State LPN license
- Ability to work as a team member
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, fully equipped skilled nursing facility offering a full range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services. Our facility features 140 beds, including 17 vent-certified beds. Residents live in attractively furnished private and semi-private rooms.
