We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our esteemed legal title company team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring mortgage loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Processing: Review and process mortgage loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Document Collection and Organization: Collect and organize documents from clients, including income statements, credit reports, and property appraisals.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a liaison between loan officers, underwriters, and clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Application Input and Maintenance: Input application details into our processing system with precision and maintain well-organized loan files.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries with professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage loan processing procedures, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
