The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11), Microsoft 365 products, imaging software, and automated imaging processes. Strong customer service skills, troubleshooting abilities, and experience with lifting equipment up to 50 pounds are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and perform repairs on IT equipment and software
  • Provide 2nd-level help desk support
  • Assist with imaging, setup, and deployment of PC/Laptop telework deployments
  • Lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 products and imaging software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
