About the Role:

The Residential Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential common areas. This includes interior and exterior spaces, as well as administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Food and Beverage program by keeping kitchen areas and storage spaces clean, assisting with inventory control, and providing support for the delivery of grab-and-go, drop-and-go, and table service in the Resident's Lounge.
  • Support the Food and Beverage program by maintaining the cleanliness of stewarding areas and assisting the culinary team with the cleaning and replenishment of kitchen items and operating supplies.
  • Check, clean, and restock all residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, residential corridors, and common areas, including the gym, pool, theatre, and resident's lounge.
  • Anticipate residents' needs and take ownership of concerns and requests, ensuring satisfaction and providing a personalized touch when possible.
  • Proficiently handle all relevant equipment and machinery, reporting defects and accidents to management immediately, and demonstrating competence in MSDS procedures and accident response.
  • Clean and self-inspect public areas as assigned, adhering to Four Seasons standards.
  • Operate washers and dryers to ensure pool terry, gym terry, and other in-house laundry needs are processed efficiently and consistently with core standards.
  • Spot and maintain furniture in its proper place.
  • Clean all common areas, including elevators, windows, carpets, and collect garbage/trash throughout the property.
  • Offer assistance to residents in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, using them properly and ensuring they are clean, tidy, and in good working order.
  • Keep Housekeeping storage areas tidy and correctly stocked, and closed at all times when not in use.
  • Enforce rules and regulations with residents.
  • Handle lost and found items in coordination with the Security Manager.
  • Carry out any other cleaning duties as assigned by the Residential Leader.
  • Support sustainable efforts as set out by the property.
  • Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
  • Form part of the Emergency Response team while on shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness, inventory, set-ups, and standards in the Pool and Fitness Center areas, and have the ability to provide proper and safe operation of the equipment in these areas.

Requirements:

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Secondary education.
  • A high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills.
