Key Responsibilities:

Food Delivery and Presentation: Retrieve and present dishes from the kitchen, ensuring they meet the restaurant's presentation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers for timely food delivery to guests.

Handle food meticulously to preserve quality and presentation.

Knowledge Base: Have a comprehensive understanding of menu items and promotions to assist guests effectively. Memorize table and seat numbers to ensure accurate food delivery.

Be well-versed in the restaurant's concept and service standards.

Expo Set-Up and Presentation: Organize the expo area according to established guidelines, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.

Maintain cleanliness in all visible areas, including floors and countertops.

Guest Relations: Build positive relationships with guests through personalized service. Anticipate their needs and strive to exceed expectations for memorable dining experiences.

Express gratitude to guests for their patronage and encourage future visits.

Quality Assurance: Conduct visual checks of plated dishes for accuracy and presentation before serving.

Notify kitchen staff or management of any discrepancies in food preparation.

Communication and Coordination: Foster effective communication with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Relay special requests or dietary needs to appropriate staff to accommodate guests.

Compliance: Follow all relevant regulations, hotel policies, and health guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and daily meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Additional Duties: Perform various assigned tasks related to daily operations as directed by management.

Understand the operation of restaurant equipment and protect all assets.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end dining environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective guest interaction.

Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Professional appearance and conduct are required.

Physical Requirements: Most tasks are performed indoors in a controlled environment, but the ability to work in extreme temperatures is necessary.

Must be able to stand and move for extended periods, with stamina to remain focused during busy shifts.

Manual dexterity is required for handling dining utensils and equipment.

Must be capable of lifting trays weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.

Requires various physical activities including bending, stooping, and stretching.
