Sales Growth Specialist

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Growth Specialist in the Florida market. As a key contributor to our company's success, you will drive business growth, develop new relationships, and expand our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Creating and executing tailored sales strategies to achieve business objectives, targeting high-growth potential customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions to meet those demands.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Tracking and analyzing sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting strategies accordingly to ensure maximum ROI.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, using this insight to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
- Communication and Presentation: Delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the Property and Casualty insurance sector, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategy and execution.
- Active Florida Insurance license, with a deep knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audience types and styles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
