We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Manager to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet/exceed site budgets and optimize cost management in line with script counts.
  • Leverage operating policies, procedures, and processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive deal closures and organic growth.
  • Drive organic growth and mitigate risk with existing customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with regional leadership.
Requirements:
  • Current license to practice pharmacy in Rhode Island.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • Proficient in clinical interpretation, including drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergies.
