  • Conduct detailed audits of routes and cities to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform field and on-truck audits to ensure timely completion of auditing schedules and accurate data collection.
  • Reconcile and report data collected from field audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement operations plans, load plans, and planned hours for RFPs to optimize logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with drivers and management to analyze route audit findings and communicate efficiency opportunities.
  • Work with the operations and revenue teams to target customer equipment increase opportunities through route audits.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of audit findings to the billing department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner.
  • Exceptional computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Route Smart and Soft-Pak applications.
  • Tableau software skills.
