Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative, bilingual Medical Office Supervisor to join our team. This position will report directly to the Site Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily functions and performance of the outpatient healthcare facility, which includes managing operational workflows, revenue management, provider schedules, claims processing, and budget oversight.
Lead and develop a diverse team of medical assistants, patient service representatives, medical records personnel, and others to ensure exceptional care delivery for our patients and community, while fostering team performance and providing coaching and mentorship as necessary.
Evaluate clinic activities and outcomes against established objectives and performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, clinic efficiency, profitability, and quality performance metrics.
Identify underlying causes of operational challenges and assist in implementing effective tools, processes, and training to rectify issues and manage costs, collaborating with Site Administrators and other leaders to disseminate best practices throughout the organization.
Build strong community relationships and support initiatives for growth and marketing.
Assess the impact of actual and anticipated growth in membership and service utilization on each site.
Work alongside the Medical Director, Site Administrator, and central leadership team to enhance provider satisfaction.
Address and resolve issues related to providers.
Report on operational progress, challenges, and potential future concerns.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and ensure the same standard is upheld by site teams.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and policies; respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or urgent matters as they arise.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, including at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven ability to adapt and lead effectively in a dynamic environment.
Data-driven and process-oriented approach to continuous improvement in clinic operations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Experience in healthcare management within a managed care setting.
Prior experience as an office manager in a multispecialty clinic, ideally with exposure to pediatrics and primary care.
Experience in delegating tasks to team members.
Familiarity with CHDP Program and Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) for Senior ACO Medicare patients.

This is an onsite position with a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with no overtime expected.
The total compensation target pay range for this role is competitive and reflects our national target range for similar positions.
