Workers' Compensation Field Nurse

The Workers' Compensation Field Nurse plays a vital role in supporting our team at Apogee Solutions. This position involves collaborating with medical providers, employers, and injured workers to ensure that they receive the best possible care and support throughout the recovery process. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical providers to obtain treatment plans and coordinate recommended and approved medical care.
- Maintain regular contact with the injured worker, employer(s), and other stakeholders as required by the DOL Field Nurse Handbook.
- Document and report the outcome(s) of interventions performed and evaluate the injured worker's progress toward medical recovery and return to work.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one (1) year adult medical/surgical nursing experience and three (3) years case management experience in the workers' compensation arena.
- An active, unrestricted state nursing license to practice within the United States in the state in which services are being performed.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
