Job Summary

Labor delivery nurses play a unique role in helping deliver healthy babies and ensuring mothers have a safe experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for new families.

About This Unit

Our Labor and Delivery unit is a dynamic environment where we create stories for families and strive to make every story the best one ever. We offer a range of options for labor and delivery, including hydrotherapy, walking while in labor with telemetry monitors, and epidurals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care to expectant mothers and newborns
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse Diploma
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
