Electrophysiology Lab Manager

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Lab Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Electrophysiology Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor EP lab staff, including electrophysiology technicians and nurses, to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.
- Oversee the workflow of procedures, ensuring they are performed according to established protocols and regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available to support lab operations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and safety, implementing and reviewing quality control measures to continuously improve lab operations.
- Ensure all electrophysiology equipment is properly maintained and functioning, coordinating with biomedical engineers for repairs and upgrades.
- Provide exceptional care to patients before, during, and after procedures, addressing their concerns and ensuring they are well-informed about their treatment.
- Ensure all procedures are documented accurately and comply with regulatory and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Advanced certification or degree in a relevant specialty is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an electrophysiology lab or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
