Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services within an elementary school environment. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about working with young learners and enhancing their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech therapy services to elementary school students.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
- Assess and document student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant speech therapy experience.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
- ASHA Certification is preferred; Clinical Fellows and SLPAs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time contract position with the potential for part-time applicants. The role involves managing an elementary school caseload and providing support for the academic year.
