Job Description
The Family and Refugee Advocacy Recruiter will develop strategies to recruit foster parents, engage with prospective and current foster parents, and create materials to support these efforts. This includes organizing recruitment events, coordinating with the Communications Department, and utilizing social media platforms to attract potential foster families. The successful candidate will also work closely with Foster Home Recruitment and Licensor staff to teach them how to effectively engage with potential foster parents.

Requirements and Qualifications
This exempt position requires an Associate's degree, strong community network relationships for recruitment purposes, and bilingual English/Spanish language skills. Two years of UC experience are preferred, as well as experience in content creation, including website and social media assets, photography, and video. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, ability to build relationships, and demonstrated success with development and implementation of social media content are also essential.
