Our spa is dedicated to providing a tranquil experience through a blend of traditional methods and contemporary treatments, utilizing botanicals and organic ingredients sourced from our own grounds. The facility includes eight individual treatment rooms, two luxurious suites, and a variety of amenities such as a steam room, sauna, and relaxation lounge. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor mineral pool with views of the nearby lake and a medicinal herb garden, creating a peaceful retreat.

The Spa Services Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed about the spa's offerings. This position involves close collaboration with the Spa Concierge and maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest areas, including the lounge and locker rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Punctually attend shifts and maintain a reliable attendance record
  • Uphold personal grooming and appearance standards in line with Southall's expectations

  • Conduct orientation tours for guests, detailing spa amenities and addressing inquiries

  • Notify management of low stock levels for supplies and equipment

Qualifications:
