Key Responsibilities
  • Generate purchase requisitions and create reports in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
  • Input service entries, project setup in SAP, and enter WBS Codes to maintain project integrity.
  • Recharge labor hours to project, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
  • Prepare, process, review, and distribute invoices daily, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Develop and issue monthly project summary reports via SAP and Excel, providing valuable insights to cost leads.
  • Track accruals, developing and issuing reporting reports to cost leads, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Provide expediting services to cost leads, ensuring timely deliveries and meeting project objectives.
  • Process vendor change orders, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain project logs and expedited invoices, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining project logs.
  • Must have experience with Job Costing in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial data.
  • Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP, with a strong understanding of financial software.
