Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Vaco. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the office manager with daily tasks, including inbound and outbound calls, mail, and clerical duties.
  • Perform data entry, photo copying, and printing as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the office team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the office team to achieve goals and objectives.


Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
