Behavioral Health Counselor Position

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a skilled and empathetic Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team. In this full-time position, you will work with our mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care to youth and families. The estimated annual salary for this role is $39,840 - $59,760, based on 40 hours per week and a 52-week year.
About the JobThis role involves working with residents to ensure individual adherence to treatment plans, participating in group activities, and supervising daily living activities. You will also be responsible for administering medication as per doctor's orders and completing accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- 1 year of mental health experience preferred
- Annual salary: $39,840 - $59,760
- Four weeks paid time off (PTO) in the first year of employment
