Job Description

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Coleman Equipment, Inc. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the counter and on the phone, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring that all repair orders are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with technical questions and provide detailed estimates of repair costs
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by communicating effectively with all departments
  • Write, manage, and audit repair orders to verify accuracy and detail
  • Update technician time logs and provide reports to management on productivity and progress toward dealership goals
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of repair procedures and techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering)

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
