Pokmon GO Senior Producer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Producer to lead the development of new features and prototypes for our flagship game, Pokmon GO. As a key member of our AR/XR team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and engaging experiences for our players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, artists, and product managers to bring large-scale new features to market.
  • Collaborate with the AR/XR team to drive AR concepts from conceptualization to prototype to reality.
  • Shepherd experimental products, driving alignment with internal and external collaborators and partners.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of game production, including development processes, production planning, status reporting, risk management, and testing.
  • Lead communications and planning across internal company leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, navigate approval hurdles, and deliver a cohesive end product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an AR/XR product leader.
  • Proven track record of producing mobile games and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with innovative AR/XR technology and hardware/headsets.
  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of AR/XR content creation.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and demonstrate extraordinary organization, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Broad experience in various development methodologies and a proven track record of improving team efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately.
What We Offer:
  • New hire offer base salary range of $175,300.00 - $205,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.
