Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Global Processing product team within Acceptance Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our premier payment connection products, working closely with internal sales teams and external sales channels.

Your primary focus will be on managing all aspects of commercialization and growth of your product set, ensuring alignment with our payment product strategy. You will work with payment framework and settlement product teams to ensure processor connection capabilities meet our product requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs, including production issues
  • Working with architects and development teams to ensure detailed requirements are accurate and complete
  • Facilitating end-to-end product delivery, including requirement clarification, scoping, and release communications
  • Advocating for internal and external customer issues and ideas to influence product enhancements and prioritization

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days of office work per week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Strong commercial experience in developing innovative and commercially successful products
  • Knowledge and experience working with acquirer processors
  • Proven ability to develop roadmaps, write user stories, and prioritize conflicting requirements in a dynamic environment
