Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on self-care and disease management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
