Key Responsibilities- Provide a rewarding mix of care, including preventive care, illness and injury diagnosis, wellness exams, and procedures.
- Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
- Provide evidence-based medical care and practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.
- Physician Assistant: Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
- Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
- Hourly pay rate: $79.00 per hour dayshift / $88.00 per hour 6pm-6am.
- Relocation Assistance Eligible up to $5,000.
- Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits.
- 401K with 4% employer match.
- Paid Sick Time Off.
- State License, DEA, BLS, and CME Reimbursement, UpToDate Membership and Medical Malpractice Insurance.
