Soliant is a leading provider of specialized healthcare staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to join one of our school district clients in Belleville, MI.

Job Summary

This full-time position involves providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students with communication disorders to determine the nature and extent of their needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments to help students improve their communication skills.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
Requirements:
  • A valid State SLP License is required, as well as a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
