Compensation: $50 to $59 per hour

Position Overview: The Privacy Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of personnel engaged in Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Processing Validations. This role will report directly to the Privacy Operational Risk Assistant Vice President (AVP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the AVP by managing daily operations of the team responsible for PII Processing Validations, which includes:
  • Generating, verifying, and disseminating production reports
  • Coordinating and addressing escalations
  • Providing regular updates to the AVP and management regarding progress
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve obstacles and delays

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within Financial Services or Investment Banking.
  • Proven experience in conducting thorough reviews such as audits, process evaluations, and gap assessments.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, both independently and collaboratively, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate findings from data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; adept at creating documentation and conveying complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
