Collaborative Care: Work alongside Psychiatrists and PMHNPs, as well as Therapy colleagues, all within the same center.
Work-Life Balance: Our practice model is designed to align with your schedule, in contrast to the unpredictability often found in inpatient settings.
Daily Responsibilities: Typically, you will work Monday through Friday, seeing an average of 6 patients per day (with the option to see more if desired) and have minimal on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, follow-up check-ins, and provide appropriate referrals within Mindpath.
Assist patients in evaluating their current mental health status.
Identify concerns and formulate a therapeutic treatment plan.
Collaborate as needed to ensure optimal patient care and experience.
Be prepared to provide treatment for a range of issues, including Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorders, Grief/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD.
Qualifications:
Current State License (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, LCSW)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on timely documentation.
