Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer specializing in Voice AI technologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing automated testing solutions to validate AI systems, ensuring they deliver exceptional quality aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise in text-to-speech (TTS) and speech synthesis technologies to enhance automation processes.
- Design and implement diverse test scenarios and conditions for automation.
- Utilize your foundational knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha, to inform testing strategies.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot and analyze various issues and automation failures, providing timely resolutions.
- Adhere to project timelines, minimizing disruptions to partner teams by proactively managing schedules and risks.
- Adapt to evolving procedures, environments, and tools within the Quality Assurance domain.
- Drive progress by facilitating prompt decision-making, addressing blockers, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to replicate and resolve technical challenges.
- Work autonomously as well as collaboratively, seeking guidance when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in QA Automation Engineering.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, PHP, Java, C/C++, or similar.
- Familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools and libraries, including Tesseract and OCRopus.
- Experience with various Voice AI tools, such as Murf AI and ElevenLab.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce applications and architecture to aid in troubleshooting efforts.
- Technical acumen to comprehend system architecture and the interaction of its components.
- Basic knowledge of Aloha Software products or similar Point-of-Sale systems.
- Monitor application logs to assess system behavior and address technical issues, ensuring effective resolution through collaboration with Development and cross-functional teams.
