Solar Repair Technician Lead

Purelight Power is seeking a skilled Solar Repair Technician Lead to lead a team in repairing and maintaining roof and ground-mounted solar systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in repairing and maintaining solar systems
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized work truck and warehouse
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Post Install to resolve any job-related issues or employee issues
  • Interact with clients in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a solar installer
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs repetitively
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs up to a 45-degree pitch
  • Insurance Approved driving record and driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 10 safety training
  • 18-Hour Solar PV Boot Camp through HeatSpring
