Residential Care Supervisor Job Overview:

The Residential Care Supervisor plays a crucial role within Evolve, LLC. Reporting to the Administrator, this position is tasked with ensuring the safety and welfare of residents during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments for new residents and oversee orientation processes.
• Maintain an inventory log of residents' personal items and valuables, ensuring secure storage.
• Facilitate group sessions, including orientations, meditative practices, and community discussions.
• Complete necessary lab requisitions in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain awareness of residents' whereabouts at all times.
• Address and de-escalate resident conflicts within defined guidelines.
• Participate in scheduled staff meetings to enhance team collaboration.
• Document attendance for all group activities.
• Organize and file daily notes for case management purposes.
• Engage in shift change meetings to improve communication regarding resident matters.
• Coordinate with external treatment providers involved in residents' care.
• Oversee the cleanliness and safety of all facility areas, collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Remind residents of program policies and report any violations as necessary.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position.

Compensation:

Hourly rate commensurate with experience and location.
