At Insight Global, we are seeking a dedicated Geriatric Social Work Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work and at least 6 months of experience working with geriatric patients or those struggling with mental/substance abuse issues.

We offer a competitive salary of $63,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, this role requires licensure to work in Washington State (LCSW/LICSW/LASW/LICSW/LSWAIC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide services to participants in a manner consistent with the mission and core values of Insight Global.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify social, emotional, cognitive, and ethnic factors impacting an individualized integrated plan of care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address social issues and improve participant outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with geriatric patients or those struggling with mental/substance abuse issues.
  • Licensure to work in Washington State (LCSW/LICSW/LASW/LICSW/LSWAIC).
  • A personal vehicle for occasional use.
Work Environment

This role requires 75% in-office work and 25% community-based work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM.
